Choice of Three Entrées

  • Chicken Piccata – sautéed breast of chicken with a lemon-caper white wine sauce
  • Chicken Française – egg dipped breast of chicken, finished in a lemon-garlic sauce
  • Abbey Road Chicken – grilled boneless chicken breast topped with tomato, asparagus and fresh mozzarella, finished with white balsamic beurre blanc sauce
  • Pasta Primavera (with or without chicken), lemon madeira sauce, fresh vegetables tossed with linguini, a touch of cream and parmesan cheese
  • Penne a la Vodka – penne pasta tossed in a tomato parmesan cream sauce
  • Pistachio and Pecan Encrusted Scrod – lemon butter sauce
  • Almond Citrus Crusted Salmon with a citrus beurre blanc sauce
  • Salmon Filet with roasted red pepper aioli
  • Steak and Guinness Broil – Tender steak marinated in Guinness Stout Ale with grilled onions and mushrooms
